This evolution reflects our long-term strategy to stay ahead and deliver meaningful results to our partners and mutual guests. This is the natural progression of what we’ve built together. Much of our growth has been shaped by the Royalton Resorts brand across all our destinations. From Royalton Luxury Resorts and Royalton CHIC Resorts to Royalton Vessence Resorts and Mystique by Royalton, each has contributed to a story that now comes together under one aligned name.

You can earn points for any Royalton Hotels & Resorts  (excluding Cuba) booking with a minimum 3 night stay as per the following;

Per Room Night Standard --- 500 (maximum of 2500 points per room)

Per Room Night Upgraded --- 1000 ( maximum of 5000 points per room)

Per Room Night Diamond Club --- 1500 (maximum of 7500 points per room)

What is the value of the points?

Points can be converted to cash based on the following;

Each point is equal to $0.01 for example; 5,000 points = $50

Is there a limit to the points that I can earn in any given time period?

Easy Question. Nope!

Do the points expire?

Points will expire 18 months from the date they are awarded.

If you are looking for an opportunity to view our resorts firsthand, we offer some fantastic agent rates. For agent rates please email help@royalton.com with your requested dates and we will be happy to support you. We will check the availability and confirm the rate with you! Agent rates apply only to one room. You must have at least one Royalton Hotels & Resorts booking within the past year to access the Agent Rates.

While at the resort, agents will get a special discount on our NPI products (Spa, cabanas, romantic dinners; wine purchase) per destination as follows:

Dominican Republic Hotels: 20% discount

Jamaica Hotels: 20% discount

Lesser Antilles: 20% discount

Costa Rica: 20% discount

Mexico: 20% discount (Spa only)

Royalton Weddings is comprised of extensive luxury wedding collections and brands that help tailor and better customize your wedding day. Below are the details of the three teams you will work with when you book your wedding with Royalton Hotels & Resorts :

Sales Team: Your Royalton Sales Representative will be your first point of contact when you inquire with us. This individual will help

you determine the best property for your wedding, will confirm availability for your special day and collect your initial deposit.

Off-site Wedding Consultant: The Off-Site Wedding Consultant’s role is to work with you virtually to quote, organize and confirm the

details of your Wedding at a Royalton property. Confirmed pricing and availability will only be available within 6 months to your

Wedding Date. Once your wedding details have been ironed out and final payment has been collected, the Off-Site Wedding Consultant will

relay the details of your special day to your On-Site Wedding Coordinator and all applicable vendors.

On-site Wedding Coordinator: Our on-site weddings department is located at the hotel in which you are hosting your wedding. Your

on-site Wedding Coordinator will be introduced to you approximately 2 weeks (via email) before your wedding. The Onsite Wedding

Coordinator will pre-arrange an initial meeting with you upon your arrival to the hotel where you will review and discuss the logistics of the

wedding day. This meeting is typically the day after you arrive at the hotel. They will be present on your big day, ensuring that all elements

pre-arranged are executed as planned. As the team is dedicated to those couples who are in destination, their hours are sporadic and

intended to suite the needs of our clients while they are in destination.
