- Advisors can become a Certified Confidant upon full completion of the ten, core Confidant Learning courses. You must pass each course with a score of 85% or higher. Once completed, your dashboard will indicate 100% for each course signifying you earned your certificate and you will have access to Certified Confidant rates. Rates are relative to the season in which an advisor is traveling and the resort they are considering.
