All the Travel Agents part of Civitatis Agencies Program, are eligible to earn commission or book net rates.
Civitatis Agencies Program offers 10% commission on the final sale price for all the tours, activities, transfers, e-sim, and travel insurance that are loaded in the platform, and $1 (one dollar) per adult for the Free tours (walking tours) where the rate of sale is $0 usd.

Civitatis Agencies Program has different payment methods: ● Book and pay now ● Book and pay later (up to 10 days prior to the date of the activity) 2. Public rate payment: the Travel Agent should pay the public rate at the time of booking, the commission (10%) will be directly added to their wallet. The money will be shown as “pending commission” in their profile until the client has completed the activity. Civitatis pays on the 15th of each month, this means that if the client does the tour on December 6th, the commission will be reflected as paid in the wallet on December 15th. |

We provide a variety of customized digital tools for your agency that you can use to increase your business and help close sales.
Including booking widgets, banners, customized campaign links to send your clients, if the client books directly on your link, the commission will be automatically added to your agent account.

In the panel of Civitatis Agencies, you will find the Contact option, Civitatis offers different ways to be in contact with the Travel Agent.
- I have a booking: if the Travel Agent needs to contact the provider of the transfer, tour, etc., or to contact Customer Service.
- Prior to booking: if the Travel Agent needs more information about an activity or has any doubts.
- My Agency Account: if the Travel Agent needs support with something related with their account/profile.
