Rates are only valid for the travel agent’s room and are subject to availability based on resort’s occupancy levels. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been approved. The confirmation email will include a credit card request form for a one-night deposit. Please send requests up to 90 days in advance and allow 1 week for processing. Blackout dates apply: A maximum stay of 7 nights applies. A maximum of 4 guests per room including children applies, except at Moon Palace Jamaica, where a maximum of 2 guests per room applies. Children ages 3 and under stay for free. Kids and teens ages 4-17 stay for free at our family resorts with the exception of Moon Palace The Grand - Cancun. Free kids and teens promo will be applied as long as the promo is currently active. A maximum of 1 room per stay with travel agent rate applies. Double occupancy rooms at Sun Palace have a king bed. Requests for Moon Palace The Grand – Cancun, and Le Blanc Spa Resorts are subject to approval based on hotel's discretion and can be discontinued at any time. Sending a request is not a guarantee that the special rate will be approved. Rates are non-commissionable. Overlapping dates do not apply. Airport transfers are not included and can be purchased through transfers.palaceresorts.com at least 7 business days prior to check-in date. Information is subject to change.
